These terms apply to corelinksys.com, including its DPDP guides, the DPDP Readiness Check, the personalised action plan and any reports we email to you. By using the site you agree to them.

Who owns this site

This website and everything on it, including the text, guides, design, layout, graphics, logo, the 40-question readiness check, its scoring and recommendations, the action plan and the reports, are owned by Corelinksys and protected by copyright under the Copyright Act, 1957 and international law. All rights are reserved.

What you may do

• Read the site and use the free readiness check and action plan for your own organisation.
• Share links to our pages.
• Print or save your own report and plan, and share them inside your organisation.
• Quote a short extract from a guide, with a link back to the page and credit to Corelinksys DPDP.

What you may not do

Unless we have agreed in writing, you may not:

• copy, reproduce, republish or resell the site, its pages, design or content, in whole or in part;
• copy the readiness check questions, scoring, action plan rules or report formats, or use them to build a similar tool or service;
• use automated tools to download, scrape or mirror the site, other than search engines indexing it in the normal way;
• show our pages inside another website (framing) or pass them off as your own;
• remove or change copyright notices, or misuse our name or logo;
• misuse our forms, for example by entering other people's details or sending automated requests.

Guidance, not legal advice

Our guides, readiness check, scores, action plans and reports give operational guidance based on the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025, and on the answers you give. They are not legal advice. Check important decisions against the official text and with your legal counsel.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but the law and its interpretation can change. We may change, pause or withdraw any part of the site, including the free tools, at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Corelinksys is not liable for any loss arising from use of the free content or tools on this site. Paid services are governed by the agreement we sign with you.
