How we handle your personal data

Corelinksys DPDP is the data fiduciary for the personal data collected on this website. This notice explains what we collect, why, and how you can exercise your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect and why Sec 5 · Rule 3

To understand how the site is used, we use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you.
We collect this only when you submit the report request form or the consultation form. Until then your answers stay in your own browser so the page can remember them; they are not sent to us.
Basis for processing Sec 6
We process your data on the basis of your consent, given through the checkbox on each form. We do not sell your data or use it for any purpose not listed above.
Withdrawing consent Sec 6(4)
Write to info@corelinksys.com at any time to withdraw consent. We will stop processing and erase your data, unless a law requires us to keep it.
Who processes it for us Sec 8(2)
- Vercel, which hosts this website.
- Supabase, which stores form submissions in its Mumbai (India) region.
How long we keep it Sec 8(7)
We keep your details for 12 months after our last contact with you, or until you withdraw consent, whichever is earlier. We then erase them.
Your rights Sec 11–14
- Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and who we have shared it with.
- Ask us to correct, complete, update or erase your data.
- Raise a grievance with us about how we handle your data.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you.
Send requests to info@corelinksys.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
Complaints Sec 13
If you are not satisfied with our response to a grievance, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
